Ready-For-Japan (R4J)

Japan has huge demand for workforce due to its aging population, especially in technical skills across multiple trades and also in IT/Engineering disciplines. By 2024, the demand for technical resources across 14 sectors is projected to be around 345,000. By 2030, software market in Japan projects a shortage of 789,000 software engineers. Nihon Edutech’s Ready-for-Japan program focuses on teaching Japanese language and work practices to students and professionals to prepare them for Jobs in Japan.

Japanese Training

Ready-For-Japan program teaches Japanese language, culture, etiquettes and work models/practices to students and professionals in India so that they become proficient in Japanese language to live and work in Japan. Conducted through native-Japanese trainers, Japanese language, Japan-specific manners and business processes are taught with an impetus on spoken language. Students can choose from among the different training programs based on their existing proficiency level and to meet the required competency for the job/career they want to pursue in Japan.


Technical Intern Training (TITP)

TITP was established by Japan with an aim to contribute to developing countries by accepting interns from these countries for a period anywhere between 3 and 5 years for On-the-Job-Training (‘OJT’). In India, after entering into an MOU with Government of Japan, along with few Government departments in India, the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE), has appointed National Skills Development Corporation (NSDC) as the Implementing & Monitoring agency for TITP. Nihon Edutech in consortium with Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) has been empanelled by NSDC as a Sending Organization for training students in Japanese language proficiency and assists them to get placed in reputed companies in Japan.


IT / Engineering

Nihon Edutech conducts an exclusive Ready-For-Japan program for IT / Engineering professionals who aspire to go to Japan to build their career. This program also enables companies to expand their business footprint in Japan by letting its employees undergo this unique skill enablement program. With only half a day spent on this program, the employees continue to work in their projects for rest of the day. For successful candidates, Nihon Edutech helps find jobs in Japan.
